Can I buy just one?

Yes. We'll do quantities of 1 to whatever you need. Plus, you can stop into our retail store and view our in-stock decorated and undecorated samples.

Do you do alterations?

No, unfortunately we do not perform alterations. Our equipment is specifically designed to stitch to an electronic file path. But, you can contact Val at Seams Like New just outside of Prescott, WI and she will take care of you.

How do I place an order for custom or limited availability apparel?

Buying online from River City Stitch is easy, safe and secure. Simply click on the "Buy Online" tab above and the easy to navigate shopping cart will help you through the process.

Can I bring in my own stuff and have it embroidered and screen printed?

Yes you can. But, we do not offer any warranty for damaged items. We buy our blank apparel from nationally known distributors and the apparel is specifically designed for decoration.

You used to rent tuxedos for weddings, Prom and other special events - what gives?

How much does it cost to embroider a custom design for my business?

Typically, there is an artwork set-up fee of $25 to $50 (depending on the complexity of the design and the size). Then, you will be charged by the number of stitches in each design. We will gladly work through this process with you up front so you know exactly what you're paying for - no surprises!

Your shop seems pretty small. Can you handle large orders?

Absolutely! We're set-up with on-site embroidery and heat transfer/screenprint equipment for average size orders. If we have larger orders and machine time is limited by other projects, we have relationships with contract embroidery and screen printing businesses across the USA. Our prices are competitive because we continually work to drive cost out of decorating process.
